We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused.
- With tags.
- You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: shipping for return items is at buyers cost.

We cannot accept returns for refund, exchange or store credit on sale items (including any item bought with a discount of 25% or more) or gift cards for change of mind. These items are considered FINAL SALE.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds are only available if the item is faulty. Refunds are not available for change of mind. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your item is faulty to organise return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise if the refund was approved or not. The item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the product on your original payment method excluding shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
