We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Free standard shipping (2-8 business days) for orders over $150
  • Orders under $150 - Standard Shipping $10
  • Express Shipping (1-4 business days) is $5 for orders over $150 or $14 for orders under $150

*Please select Express Shipping if you require your order ASAP - during busy season, standard shipping can take longer. 

NEW ZEALAND 

  • Free standard shipping (2-8 business days) for orders over $250 AUD
  • Orders under $250 - Standard Shipping $15 AUD
  • Express Shipping (1-4 business days) available for $30 AUD

USA/CANADA

  • Free standard shipping (5-9 business days) for orders over $300 AUD
  • Orders under $300 - Standard Shipping $25 AUD
  • Express Shipping (3-6 business days) available for $40 AUD

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Free standard shipping (5-14 business days) for orders over $350
  • Orders under $350 - Standard Shipping $25 AUD

Preorders

If your order includes Preorder Item(s) your order is not shipped until the entirety of your order arrives and is ready for dispatch. If you would like the in stock styles to ship first, kindly place separate orders.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for Preorder items. Preorders are based on an estimated time of arrival - these arrival dates can change due to many unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.

Kiyomii Baby is not liable for any delays on Preorders.

 

Taxes and Duties

Australian orders are subject to 10% GST, included in the prices shown. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges depending on their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your country. 

We are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations. 

If taxes are refused and order is returned to sender, we will not offer a refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@kiyomii.com prior to placing your order.

If for any reason we are out of stock or unable to dispatch goods ordered, you will be contacted via the email you provided at the time of making your order to arrange either an agreed alternative item or a refund.
