Kiyomii aims to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping within Australia is free for orders $150 and over, orders under $150 will incur a $10 AUD shipping fee. We also offer an express shipping option at checkout for $12.50 AUD.
For domestic express post option, your order will need to be placed prior to 12pm for same day despatch.

Please be cautious about waiving signature on delivery, as we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If you won't be home we do suggest shipping to a work address. If you live in a remote area please expect a longer delivery time.
Shipping to New Zealand is free on orders over $250 AUD, orders under $250 AUD will incur a $15 AUD shipping cost.
Shipping to the United States and the rest of the world is free on orders over $300 AUD, orders under $300 AUD will incur a $25 AUD shipping cost.

Taxes and Duties
Australian orders are subject to 10% GST, included in the prices shown. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges depending on their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your country.
We are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.
If taxes are refused and order is returned to sender, we will not offer a refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
If for any reason we are out of stock or unable to dispatch goods ordered, you will be contacted via the email you provided at the time of making your order to arrange either an agreed alternative item or a refund.
